How do I set my main number to display "UNKNOWN" when making outbound calls

We just recently switched vendors and now our phone number is being displayed. I do not know how to set this up in the Avaya IP Office Manager Version 10.0 (44). Can anyone guide me in the right direction on where I can go and change this?

Ask the new service provider not to send the caller I'd out

Look at the main ARS .
See if the number has been entered there.
If so then remove it

May look like Ns12345678
Just leave the N

Or 9N Ns12345678 0

Yes it is on SIP. If I set it to Anonymous. That should work?

If you're on PRI in NA, ask if the provider will remove the call screening table.

This will permit the IPO to completely control what number is sent.

Force outgoing CLID with a 9N/ Dial / NSi1234567890 code, and block outgoing CLID with a 9N / Dial / NW code.
