Do you know those emails you get that are advertisments that look like a web page with text, and graphics? Well how od I send one of those????
Anyone know.

Those are HTML formatted emails --

IMHO, they are kind of annoying, since your email client has to hit the web to make them look right, and consequently, it takes them a while to load up when you open them from Outlook (or your favorite email client) --

Just check out formatting options in your email client, and find where it says "HTML", and you will be on the straight and narrow.

Dunno about a bgColor -- if the email client is set up to interpret HTML email, then the bgcolor should have come through regardless.
