I think I have been getting emails that contain a new virus/worm. I have checked the attachments with all the virus information databases of the major anti-virus companies, and it doesn't exist.
I can tell it is a virus/worm. What I do is NOT use the preview pane. When an email comes that I don't recognize, I right click and choose "Properties", then "Details" and then click the "Message Source" button. This way I can read the message without opening it. I can also see the name of the attachment as well as the hexcode for the attachment.
The email I have been getting have been 100KB or 101KB in size. The "from" is usually somewhere with .de email extension. And the attachment varies greatly, usually ending in .bat, or .pif.
Whatever ... the main question I have is, how do I report these emails so that they can be stopped?
