How do I remove VAL Announcement card?

When I try and delete the data extension 5902, a message "Must disable associated link before removing data module" pops up.

How do I disable associated link?

'change ip-interface' and disabl the VAB board there.

Had to disble the interace. Then remove the data module. Then remove the interface. Wow, lots of back and forth.
