How do I remove password protection from an excel workbook? 1

Hi,
I wish to remove all passwords from an Excel workbook.
I think this is probably a very simple thing but I am not to familiar with the more advanced excel features.
I know what the password is but cant seem to remove it.
Any help much appreciated.

For the workbook, do a File > Save As. Go to the options button and remove the password. Then, save the file over the original.
