How Do I Remove MSN Internet Access?

I have been trying to uninstall the MSN Internet Access without success. I have the little finger icon in the startup and have attemped to remove the program from the startup and also have removed the program via add/remove programs. When I restart the computer I get the message that the files are being updated but when I come back up, there are still there - both in the startup and showing up in the add/remove programs. Thanks in advance for your help!

You remove it from add/remove clicking ok and all but after you restart it comes back? You might want to contact MSN tech support about that.
