How do I prevent users from initiating mass mailings ??

Lately, I've had the problem that users on my Exchange 2000 are sending chain letters and the such to everyone on the Global Address List; in other words, everyone in my organization gets the same dumb note and then forwards it to everyone else who already have it. I've passed several memos about this but I would like to limit this at an administrative level in my server. How can I do this ?? Is there a write-up somewhere that covers this ??

You can limit the number of recipients in your System Manager.

I'd suggest you bring the issue up with the managers in your company and have them enforce the policy of not doing this.
