There's also a lot of freeware that can do it for you.
have a look on and go to the downloads section.
Nero is good though adn has many other features / options.

To play the MP3s on a standard CD player you can use nero (
If you have a CD player which is MP3 ready (it can play straight MP3s without conversion) just copy them onto CD as you would with any other data.
