I am trying to make an EPS image transparent in Quark but I don't know how, please help.

Thanks

Carlos

Sorry you can't do this in Quark. If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.

Make the EPS with a transparent background, create a picture box with a transparent background too (no colour).

Thanks for your help.
Wow...Indesign 2 looks much better when it comes to image handling. Damm...why did I choose Quark!!!

Evasquez--

You need to make your EPS with a clipping path, then import into quark.

You should only be using Quark these days if you're a veteran. Newbs should definatly go with Indesign. Anyway, ctrl+double-click the placed image, choose the clipping tab and pick a meathod out of the pull down. BEHOLD! As Steve Jobs introduces us the latest in desk-lamp technology!
