To make a PDF from a Word document, you must have Adobe Acrobat with Distiller installed on your system. When you are ready to make the PDF you click on 'Print' and when the Print window opens, you must then select Acrobat Distiller as the printer. Word then prints the file to Distiller and Distiller creates the PDF file. You should then check the results in Acrobat to verify accuracy.
