how do I make a batch file to logoff all users on a APP server 2

I have a application server (win2000) that I have 30 people logged into. I would like to create a batch file to run in task manager that would log off all users on that server without rebooting the server. Is that possible? I have done a lot of research and found ways to do this by writing one that would shut down the server but I would like to do it without rebooting.

You can turn off the server service with the net stop command, maybe that would work......

I am sorry I am new to this batch writing.

would terminal services be the one I should turn off? I read thru all the services running and this seems to be the only one that would not allow someone to get in.

How are the users connecting? Are they using Terminal services or are they connecting through network shares?

They are coming in thru Terminal Services.

If you restart Terminal services, it should disconnect all users that are connected via TS.
