How do I link 2 Combo Boxes

I have 3 tables "tblExtStans", "tblExtStanAS9100" and "tblExtans14001". I have a form "frmRaiseNC" in which I want to place 2 combo boxes so that when I make a selection in the first one (from tblExtStans)it changes the details in the second combo box to either "tblExtStanAS9100" fieldname Para or "tblExtans14001" fieldname Para.Any assistance would be appreciated.
