Hi. I've got an HP Proliant ML350 with four drives. How can I identify what type of RAID array I'm configured with? It's being used as a Novell 6.5 server. Is there a command I can type in that will tell me?

Thanks.

When you boot the server you have a few seconds to hit the F8 key to open the Option ROM Utility. Then select View Logical Drive. On my server, with a SMARTarray, it then displays that it is RAID 5.

Do you have the HP array config utility or HP system Manager on there? Not sure if that's the case on Novell-we have w2003 and these utilities display these settings.
