How do I hide a Hard drive (D:) from others (non-Administrators)

Is it possible to install a second hard drive D: that is not visible to other WIn XP Home users?

Thanks for the quick response, I'll try the TWEAK IU method first. Hope it works, if not I'll try the other methods. Thanks again.
