how do I get auto wake up to work on definity g3si

I have installed a definity g3si in a hotel and need to set up auto wake up. I have enabled it in fea acc codes but whenever someone calls the console and I hit the auto wkup button and set the time the wake up call comes to the console. this was a quick fix and the person that told me it would be a snap is now unreachable via any means.
