I need help to figure out how to dial longdistance using calling cards with ASA and procomm plus. I live in Canada and am using Bell calling cards.

Here's what I'm doing for ASA, and it ALMOST works:

I create the new system name, setup the default emulator as 4410, from connection I clicked on properties and entered in the full number string (it looks like vvvvvvvvvvv,1, is the toll free number that I need to dial, followed by a press 1 for english, w is the calling card and x is the pin number, followed by two commas (for pauses), and y is the number - plus area code without the 1, that I need to dial) and the call works until I hear the, "thank you for using Bell", and ASA hangs the call up. How do I extend the time for the call to be processed ?? Under the connection properties, I clicked on the Advanced tab, and changed all the times there, but it doesn't make a difference.

Here's what I'm doing with Procomm Plus:
I click on 'Options' and select 'Dialing options'.
Then I select dialing properties, and click of the section 'For long distance calls, use this calling card:', and click on the calling card item, followed by new, and label the calling card name Bell.
I enter in the PIN number, and in the section that says, 'To use this calling card for long distance calls, I must dial this access number (phone number)' and enter in the toll free 800 number. Next is where my patience runs thin.
I click on longdistance calls icon under 'Calling card sequence for:' and the 'steps to make a call with this calling card window opens up'

I tried using the drop down menu's and it NEVER saves the format that I entered !!! Here's what I tried last:
Step 1: Entered in the toll free number(not using drop down options), then wait for 2 seconds
Step 2: selected 'Specified digits' and entered 1 - for english.
Step 3: Entered the calling card number (not from the drop down menu), and selected 'wait for nothing' from the drop down menu.
Step 4: Selected 'dial PIN' from the drop down menu, then 'wait 2 seconds' from the second menu.
Step 5: Dial 'Destination number (including area code).
I click OK, click OK in the calling card window, click OK in the Dialing Properties window, click OK in the Setup menu, then in the Connection Directory I made sure that the 'Always dial as long distance number is checked off'.
Before I dial, I go back and make sure that my settings are correct for the calling card, and they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ENTERED !!!! WHY ?????????

Thanks for the help, and sorry for the long email.
