How do I decipher the software version of my G3si?

MY G3si is a G3V6i.03.2.239.5 and I need to know how to determine what exact version that is.... Does anyone know of a chart Avaya puts out or how to decipher the exact version?

Vx = version number
the next 2 are the software loads
the last is the work issue #
