How do I create a virtual folder?

I understand that the Desktop, Control Panel, My Computer, and Recycle Bin are all virtual folders.

I would like to create my own.

For example, I have some documents (20 or so per <name>) baried deep in D:\<state>\Projects\<type>\<name>\<county>\Design\Documents.

And I would like to create a virtual folder that points to the above, from D:\<state>\Projects\tmp-<name>

What I mean by a virutual folder, is one with a + by it in windows explorer that I can expand, and has EXACTLY the same contents as the deeper folder.

Is this possible? If so, could someone explain how to add one, or point me to a resource that helps? I'm not afraid of regedit or TweakUI. :) I've used both many times.

Thanks ahead of time,
-Suthern

P.S. on linux, its a simple 'ln' command. :=)

Thanks! That was exactly what I was looking for.
