How do I create a new PLDN in Nortel Meridian Option 11?
I have to create a hunt group, but theres no PLDN created on the FFC table.

How do I create a new PLDN in Nortel Meridian Option 11?
I have to create a hunt group, but theres no PLDN created on the FFC table.
You create in the reverse order that you asked the question:
1: In LD 18, you create the hunt group. It will ask you for an LSNO.... this is just a reference number. Create your group members here as well.
2: Go to LD 57, then you "change" the FFC.
REQ chg
TYPE ffc
CUST 0
FFCT
CODE pldn
PLDN wxyz where wxyz = the call number.
USE GPHT
LSNO abcd where abcd = the number you created in LD 18 above.

Very helpful, I thought I had to create a PLDN first, and then the commands you give me. Thank you, is working now.
