How do I check audits or create an audit.

Hello guys, I am a little parinoid and would like to check if someome unlocks the server or makes a change.

See, I have been having this problem with time changing and IP port address changing.

I lock the server whenever I am not using it. The clock went from eastern time to pacific time the other day.

Is there a way to check when the clock changes "@ what time this change took effect?"

I need to check some time stamps!!!
