I need to change the SOA serial number and refresh rate on Win2K Server!

You'll want to dril into the domain that you want to change and find the SOA record. Should be at or near the top. Right click the SOA record and bring up the properties. You will then be able to change the Serial number and the refresh interval from here. SN at the top, refresh at the bottom.
Caveats: You can only do this on AD integrated or Primary zones. You can't change the SOA on a Secondary.
