I have an Option 11C with display phones; 3903/3904/3905's. In a couple of phones, when I dial another extension the CPND shows the caller's name but also an extra line of text at the bottom with the caller's name. Appears this can be customized and my question is how do I do that? I looked in LD 95 (or is it 96 for CPND) but didn't find anything there to help me change that text.

The name shows up twice? Post the TN of the phone that gives 2 names, not the one that recieves it. Thanks.

Discovered problem. CLS of service set for set to set messaging. Message is stored in the teleset, under the Applications button of our 3904's. Was able to change it there to YES or NO for sending that last text info to the calling internal party.
