How do I bounce a line

Help...I have a fax line setup and it is not responding...how can I bounce that line easily?

Do I need to delete the fax and then duplicate another and give that one the fax number I need?

You need to have maintenance permissions to do this. User the commdan:
busy XXXX
XXXX is the line you want to bounce.
Then:
release XXXX
