How do I block e-mail in MS EXCH 5.5

In Exchange Administration, select Connections, Internet Mail Service, and select the tab connections, message filering. You can add domains or full emails here. Hit the help button for more info once you are in there.
Once you are done you will have to stop and restart the Exchange Internet Mail Service.
