Just got CMS today, what is the command to add a new login ID for my Supervisors?

If you are using CentreVu supervisor, then you would go to
tools/user permission/user data and complete the form. assign them access to vdn's, vectors and split/skills that they need to see.
If you are using the emulation:
user permission/user data then assign the user access to vdn, vec and skills.
