HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY APPLICATION BUILDER

I am trying to activate the callpilot application builder but have not done this before. I know how to build the call flow portion, but not how to get the callpilot to answer the incoming lines to the option switch. I am not sure how to build the sdn to point at the application or any of the switch programming. Where can I start. Thanks

is app builder working on your pc? if so the only switch software is in load 23, new acd xxxx (acdn) maxp 1 ncfw zzzz (the voice mail answer dn) then add the acd dn to the voice service dn table, then add the app

if you look at the property of the SDN you created, there should be a drop down box to allow you to select the type of service you want...one of the choice is your application if its complete and saved. Select your application and click save
