I'm new to C++ so I've only learned .Net so far, but I'm having a real tough time getting support and finding resources on .Net.

Now I'm just starting to learn OpenGL and NOTHING is available on .Net. I'm wondering how much different is C++ from .Net? I don't have the time to learn *another* language, so if it's too different I won't bother, I'll jsut ride out the difficulties with .Net until it becomes more prevailant.

I wouldnt really recommend skipping over learning c++ and going straight onto C++ .NET. You will be missing all the essential fundamentals of the c++ language which you will need.
