How can you disable the Server Headers?

Running Apache 1.3.28 and would like to know how to disable the Server Header. I believe you can do this in Apache2 with mod_headers but am unsure how you would do it in Apache 1.

As far as I know, you can't disable it completely. You can, however, configure Apache to return the least amount of information.

Take a look at the configuration directive ServerTokens:
