We have recently migrated to Office 2003, and many on our staff are frustrated at some of the new features that tend to get "in the way" of our work.
One is the little screen icon helpers that appear. One looks like a lightning bolt. Isn't there a way of turning that feature off?
The other is the way the page behaves when one goes to insert a text frame. A really large box appears that says, "Place Graphic Here." Not only is it annoying, but it also moves all the text and other graphics around to make room for this huge graphic box.
Most of us are used to being able to draw our own text frames the size we want. That seems to have been taken out of our hands in the 2003 version.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Dan
