How can i transport Voip/ADSL over an ADSL Links?????

Hello, my name is Carlos Lara, i got a question regarding to a CISCO 827-4V (ADSL Router with 4 FSX interfase) equipment, My questions is the next one, i have two access ADSL in two diffrent cities with the same ISP, in each city i have one CISSCO 827-4V ,now my ISP uses PPPoE, my quesion is , can i transport VoIP over my ADSL links and do a VPN between my two CISCO Equipments

Jeff- If I use SHDSL on cisco 2610 for ip telephony, can it handle 16 calls using the nm-hdv or the nm-2v? How would voice quality be affected.
