My boss wants to track the # of incoming/outgoing calls as a whole and per user
We don't have CCR
Can I track this without CCR???

SMDR output...logs all calls. You will need a SMDR reader.
You can also get software such as call accountant to track calls..

It all costs money.

Or pen and paper..Barr all calls and force them through the receptionist.
Write down each call...[sleeping]

Only joking..

In IP Office Manager enable SMDR to log calls, set IP Address to 0.0.0.0, port 5000 and call buffer to 3000.
IP Office will store 3000 SMDR records on the SD Card based on first in first out.
Run telnet and enter "set logfile <filename>"
then type "open <ip address IP Office> 5000"
It will retrieve the SMDR records and store it in <filename>

You can import the file in excel an use filters to get the info you want.

This works for me SMDR Receiver which generates an Excel file for each month.

If you need something more accessible you'll have to dig in your pocket.
