how can I target a certain part of text in a popup window

I have a scrolling popup window which opens from a link on a different page. I want to be able to give several links to this popup window but depending on the link you choose it brings you to a different paragraph in the popup window's text. Any idea how I can achieve that ?

Place you anchors where you want them and set your links as such.
