When I try to copy something in excel or word that requires me to move my mouse down below the screen, the mouse speeds up and I can't control when it stops. It usually goes to the end of the document. Is there any way I can stop this from happening? If I just cut and paste on the same screen, there's no problem.
Thanks,
jnix

jnix,

Heres two (much faster) ways to select a large range like this :

1) Click the top-left cell to select it. Scroll until the bottom-right cell is visible, then hold down the "Shift" key while clicking on the bottom-right cell. Ta-da!

2) If you know the top-left and bottom-right cell addresses, you can just type them into the Name Box seperated by a colon (ex. "A4:Z22") and hit Enter.

Hope this is helpful!
