How can I show a report into a form

Hi,

I have a form where I select some options and from there I open a report with the records that match those options.
But instead of opening the report as a separate window, I would like to open it into another form (similar to including Sub-forms into a form). Then I would be able to show the report before printing it.

The menu is a personalized one, and I am not allowed to change it, so I cannot include the option print into it. That´s why I want to show the report in a form and after that print it.

Any ideas on how to do what I want?
