How can I set my company logo as default splash?

I'd like to make my company logo my default splash screen. Does anybody know how to do so? If so, can you please let me know? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Pretty cool, it worked. However, my dumba$$ didn't define properly what I want to actually do, please excuse my stupidity.

What I really would like is for the background behind the login box to have the company logo.

Any ideas for that.
