How can I send mail to all the users on an Exchange Server?

Hi,

I am running Exchange 5.5 sp4 NT4; I need to do some maintenance (defrag the database). Is there a way of sending mail to all the users on that particular server without creating a distribution list and manually adding them? I have about 200 users on that server. I figure I could use the holiday as a down time.

create an address book view that sorts by home server and publish it to the GAL. Then, when you create a new mail message, choose that address book and highlight all the names in there...
