How can I schedule or automate Access 200 Query ?

Hi

I have a make table query in Access. Is there a way in which I can schedule the query to run at a specefic time during the day ? I know this sounds silly but I even thaught of saving the code in a module and then run this in NT scheduler but it does not look as if this is possible because what do you save it as ?

1. Save your query
2. Write a macro that runs the query, then quits the db
3. Use the freeware utility HAL (Handy Access Launcher) to schedule your database to open and run your macro.

Just to say that I've used the Microsoft scheduler for a similar task and that works without problems too.

DrSimon is right, although Windows Task Scheduler uses a lot more systen resources and doesn't mask your database password info.
