How can i save all the sent messages???

How can i save sent messages of all the inbox in our mail server? is it possible? what is the extension name of all messages?

Sent messages don't sit in the inbox.

Please explain more clearly what you are trying to achieve.

I think if you set up personal folders on the users computers the sent folders with be saved there...
