How can i route the calls from Acd group to external number

I tried *21* ACDGRP* adcoi code #
It says procedure failed.
Does any body have an idea for it?

- Wait for confirmation tone.
- Press Clear key.

New calls to the ACD group will be presented at the external destination.

FC is the function code for External Follow-me.
D1 is the ACD group number.
D2 is the External number including route access code.

FC (Function Code) depends on application system (Country)

Do you key this *FC*D1#D2# on the agent's phone? I've bc12 sp9. I tried it and wouldn't accept *22#. Function code for external follow-me is *22#.

You have to assign the extension as a supervisor for making follow-me at ACD groups.
