How can I repair the Recycle Bin Icon?

Hello,

I was having some problems with Norton Systemworks 2004 and followed some instructions on thier site to "fix" the issue. Well, the original problem is fixed but now the icon for the recycle bin is the generic windows file icon.

I've tried to rebuild the icon using Tweak UI, reinstalled NSW, and even moved the IconCache file so Windows would rebuild it but nothing has worked. It must be something in the Registry.

Anyone know how I can fix this? It's not that big of a deal because the bin is working. It's just one of those annoyances that really bugs me when I can't fix it.

GO to settings, control panel, display, select the effects tab, select change icon, have the recycle bin selected and pick the icon you want.
