Do a Google search for "Answering Machine" programs. Or do you want a way to just click a button to turn on "record", while you are on the phone?

As pointed out be careful on recording. This depends on your contry and even location in country. Many places it's illegal, others you have to have a warning, others you have to have a beep every 30 seconds and others it's perfectly ok. So do some homework first, before you get into trouble.
