How can i put an arrow on a button? 2

I would like to put an arrow on a button (similar to a go to first record button &quot; |< &quot i can create this as a bmp and add it but when the color of the button changes the background of the bmp does not change. Is there some other(better) way to add an arrow? If not then is it possible to make a transparent background bmp? TIA

I don't think you can make a transparent BMP, but you can use a transparent GIF or PNG on a button.

Hi Blitz,

You could change the Button's font to Wingdings 3, and set the text to something like &quot;*&quot;, which is an arrow pointing back to a line. (Or just mess around with the text until you find what you want...)

I played with transparent Gifs and they do work, I will have to play with wingdings that may work even better thank you.
