Dears;

I am using Crystal Report 9.0 and SQL Server 2000 with VB.NET.

I am trying to print Multiple copies of a same report with different page Footer. For example, I am printing Packing Slip of an order, I want to print 3 copies with three different page footer i.e. fixed text "Customer Coyp" on 1stt copy, "Office Copy" on 2nd copy and "Duplicate Copy" on 3rd copy.

How can I do that using only one report file.

Thanks.

One option is to insert 2 other versions of the report as subreports.

It's not clear from your message what order (if any) is required for the pages.

hth,
- Ido

CUT, Visual CUT, and DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Yes, I am also trying to do the same thing and trying to use Formula for suppressing any of the subreports if users wants to print only first copy. Yes, the order is Customer Copy , Office Copy and Duplicate copy. I am taking one parameter field as 1,2,3 , if it is 1 then print only first subreport and suppress the rest of the two. Similar for 2 and 3. If it is 2 then print first two copies and if it is 3 then print all the three copies with the desired Page Footer values.

But, I am still trying to find out some other way as well.

Thanks.
