How can I print comments in acrobat v. 5.0?

Please help. I'm stuck with Acrobat v. 5.0, and I need to be able to print the .pdf with comments. When I try, the file prints, but the comments don't. Arghhhh!!!!!

Goto File > Print

Below Print Range there is a comment box. Select it.
