How can I monitor a server from another subnet?

We have many subnets and many domains. Where can I find info on setting up an MMC screen which will show servers connected to the different subnets and even those on different domains. Basically, we are an IT support business which would like to access each of our clients' servers without having to login to each domain, yet each client can't be aware of the other's systems.
