How can I Maximize form upon opening? 1

Objective: Maximize page size on switchboard. I know I have to go to Form Properites -->Event -->On Open and then add my Macro in order to maximize my form when opening. However, if I cannot use my macro due to system contraints, is there another way to maximize your form upon opening?

You can't put "DoCmd.Maximize" in your OnOpen?

Are you talking about in the properties dialog box under Event, On Open? I did this and it was looking for the macro. Would not execute........

Go to 'Code Builder' from the ... option when adding an event.
Should end up here:

Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer)

End Sub

Insert the "DoCmd.Maximize"

Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer)
    DoCmd.Maximize
End Sub
