how can i make several line ring to a button and the phones

my customer wants to be able to have several lines ring to a key which will appear on several phones, these lines also need to ring on the phones they are assigned to, can i do this with a phantom dn? and if so once they pick it up can they put it on hold or transfer it?

Yes, this is possible. You can make the various numbers phantoms and point the DCFW to the number that appears on the phones. You could also build them as ACDN's. They would be able to transfer, hold, conference with no problem at all.

If I understand your question, say you have 3 phones.
Key 0 SCR 2221
Key 0 SCR 2222
Key 0 SCR 2223

I don't see how you would do this with a phantom.

You would need to use SCR keys on all phones
