how can i get back deleted mail

need to find some mail that i deleted...please help me

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express???

if you havent emptied the deleted items folder go to this relocate the file that you need and then just restore it ofr if you have any probs doing this copy and paste the contents to your self and save the file that way hope you resolve this good luck
