Heres the situation: I have a couple servers, one Windows 2000 and one Windows 2003. On the Win2003 machine, my crystal reports are converted to pdf successfully. On the Windows 2000 machine when I convert my reports to pdf my custom font does not render properly - it is too large. I installed a program called PDF995 on the 2000 machine which basically setup a virtual printer. If you choose to print with that printer it does not actually print the pdf but just saves it as a file and successfully converts the pdf like the 2003 machine does. This would indicate to me it is a print driver issue. However, if I dont specifically print through the program's virtual printer Windows 2000 must be using some other default drivers because it will not render my pdf properly. I have deleted all printers other than the PDF virtual printer and made it my default printer but it will still only work if you choose to print. I want those print drivers to be used by default so the pdf will render properly regardless of the printer installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Bryan
