We have a problem with our citrix farm published application closure that I'd like some advice on.

Summary:

Citrix Farm FM01
Citrix Members MS11,MS12,MS13,MS14,MS15
Windows 2000 Server, SP3
Terminal Services DC04 (DC in ALPHA domain)
NFUSE On SBCDC04
Citrix Release Metaframe XPa, Feature Release 2,
Service Pack 2, HotfixXE102W080
Published Apps Swift (Oracle client to unix
based database), Business
Objects, MS Word

Users Members of ALPHA domain (Active
Directory)
Also authenticate to Novell 6
Tree (ITREE) for drive mappings
and printers

Problem

The users can logon through the NFUSE screen
authenticating to the active directory.

They receive their published apps and when started,
the Novell login script runs.

On closure of the application, the application closes
locally by leaves the session active on the
citrix member server. User then needs to use the
Connection Centre to 'logoff' from the server to
close session. If they forget, they cannot get back
in to the app the following day.

How can we force the application to close the citrix session when the app itself is closed?

These are settings from the user manager (we have NT domain). On the tab for TS config for the user are settings for timeouts. The 2 that you would probably want to check are "Disconnection" and "Idle". The most important is "Disconnection". Make sure it is enabled and some time frame is set. We put just one minute but if you have a lot of dial-up connections you might want 10 or 15 minutes. "Idle" we usually leave disabled because they sometimes will be idle for hours. But that is us, you need to deterine what you need.

There are some settings per server in the CMC, but usually they defer to the per user settings.

Got it sussed!!!! Thanks to enigma99 who commented on a previous thred.

Amended a reg entry as below:-

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI]
"DllName"="seamls20.dll"
"NotifyEvent"="WfshellTwiNotify"
"LogoffCheckSysModules"="nwquota.exe"

Problem was that the nwquota.exe, loaded through the novell login script was hanging around after the app closed. Putting the above in sorted the problem. Phew!

Thanks JONTMKE for your prompt reply.
